Announced at the end of May, Capcom’s remaster of the 2002 release Resident Evil 0 now has an announcement trailer.
Set two months before the destruction of Raccoon City, Resident Evil Zero serves as a prequel to the event of the original Resident Evil game, seeing players take control of STARS member Rebecca Chambers and convict Billy Coen. Rather than choosing which character to play as the game introduced a feature they named “partner zapping” that allowed players to switch between two in-game using each of their unique abilities to solve puzzles.
Resident Evil Zero HD Remaster is set for an early 2016 release.
